We develop future leaders through Model United Nations. Substance over spectacle. Competence over trophies.
Conventional education does an exceptional job of teaching students what to think, but often leaves them unequipped to think independently, communicate effectively, solve problems collaboratively or lead with conviction.
My journey into building institutions didn't begin in a courtroom. Through years of branding and outreach advisory, I realized that true executive presence requires the ability to navigate complex human landscapes.
We are not a coaching centre that prepares students to win conferences. We are an institution that uses Model UN as an experiential learning tool. Winning awards is a by-product. Building capable young people is the objective.
— Manas Dowlani, Founder
To maintain our standard, we draw strict lines around our practice. We are an institution, not an event management company.
We strictly avoid speculative, fantasy, or entertainment-driven committees. A committee must be a real deliberative body. The moment the world being negotiated over is invented, the consequence of failing to negotiate well vanishes.
We do not run private conferences of our own. We actively collaborate with schools, colleges, and non-profits. We do not lend our name to private conferences convened by commercial entities.
We stick strictly to the official UN4MUN rules of procedure. When the institution the exercise is modelled on has written down how it wants that exercise conducted, that is the standard worth teaching to.
